Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Physically damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof)
- Wrong quantity delivered
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Customers must notify us immediately at ca**@***********rs.in with order details and proof (images/videos).
- Exchange requests should be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Once verified, we will arrange for the exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
- Opened, partially used, or tampered packaging.
- Exchanges requested beyond the mentioned timeframe.
Process
- Contact our support team at ca**@***********rs.in with your order ID and issue details.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility for exchange.
- A replacement will be arranged within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
