Exchange policy

At Nashra Traders, we value customer satisfaction and ensure that every order is delivered with care. To maintain transparency, please read our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Physically damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof)
  • Wrong quantity delivered

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
  • Customers must notify us immediately at ca**@***********rs.in with order details and proof (images/videos).
  • Exchange requests should be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for the exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
  • Opened, partially used, or tampered packaging.
  • Exchanges requested beyond the mentioned timeframe.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at ca**@***********rs.in with your order ID and issue details.
  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility for exchange.
  3. A replacement will be arranged within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
